Guest：Five stars without hesitation! During the Spring Festival, I stayed at the Guizhou Hotel in Beijing, and it was truly an accommodation experience that exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the New Year decorations create a particularly festive atmosphere. Both the food and accommodation were very comfortable. But what impressed me the most and deserves special praise is employee number 2007. During our stay, he provided us with a lot of help. Whether it was responding to our daily needs or dealing with the unexpected troubles we encountered, he was always enthusiastic and proactive in helping us, with a sincere attitude and efficient work. He truly delivered service down to the details. It's often said that a good hotel is half about the facilities and half about the service.
